Gáttaþefur, also known as Doorway-Sniffer is a supporting antagonist of the Christmas comedy-horror film Krampus and it's portrayed by Felicity Hamill. It is one of Krampus's Dark Elves that arrives to rescue Der Klown near the film's climax. Gáttaþefur's mask resembles a plague doctor mask. This will makes her/him the spy for Krampus and his victims.

Gáttaþefur, just like its partners takes gleeful pride in carrying out the wishes of its master, Krampus.
Origins[]
Gáttaþefur is named after the ogre "Yüle-Lad" of the same name from the Icelandic winter celebrations. Her/him name means "Doorway-Sniffer" and she/he is affiliated with the date of December 22th. She/he is affiliated with smell which she/he uses to locate leaf bread (Laufabrað).
